In this case, we were talking to a business that’s using Unleashed Inventory to take orders for wholesale. They also have sale agents running around and taking orders for their products. They wanted the sales agents to have a really cool system using an iPad application called Handshake where you can look at photos of your products and you show them around and take orders. But the two systems don’t work together, so manual entry was involved.
We built a custom integration for them. Products and prices are now synchronized automatically between the two systems, new orders and new customers that are set up on Handshake flow straight into Unleashed, and the office can process all the orders in one place.
