One of the clients we work with is lucky enough to receive orders from a large retail chain. However, in order to receive orders from them, they have to comply with the technology that that retail chain is using, and they’re using EDI to send orders.
Our client was spending hours, every week, data entering all those orders into their system. What we did for them is we built a process that receives those EDI messages, and automatically pushes them into their inventory and accounting systems. So no more manual data entry, and data is entered accurately and quickly for them.
