How to print documents, work orders and label sheets from Xero

We were called into a meeting with a startup food manufacturing business. They were just starting, they had their first big client that requires catering orders, and they had to hit the ground running really quickly.

We started looking at different systems, but it was obvious that every implementation is going to take time, so we were trying to find the fastest, easiest, and most affordable way for them to just get started.

What we ended up doing is we ended up implementing Xero for them where they can capture every order that comes in. Next to that, we developed a little custom process for them that generates Work Orders and Label Sheets for them to print and put on all the products, exactly to the specification of the client and how they needed to deliver all the documentation for them.

This way, we could create a small ecosystem of exactly the processes that they need, supporting exactly their processes, and they were able to get started right away.
